    Cribley drills new residential, agricultural, and geothermal wells across Washtenaw and Livingston Counties. We handle the full process — permit filing, site evaluation, rotary drilling to the aquifer, steel casing and grouting, pump installation, and a water quality test before we leave the property.

    Champion Water Treatment — now under the Cribley umbrella — handles the full range of residential and commercial water quality issues. Iron staining, hard water scale, sulfur odor, PFAS, arsenic, nitrates — each problem has a specific treatment. We test, then install the equipment that matches what the test finds.

A driller who also services pumps knows how the casing and pump interact. A water treatment operation tied to the drilling team understands what the aquifer at a given depth carries. Separate these services across three companies and you get three different diagnoses, three different bills, and no single party accountable for the whole water system.

Cribley absorbed Champion Water Treatment because the integration made technical sense. New-well customers now get a baseline water test from the same company that will service the pump five years later. That history stays on file. We have well records going back to 1946.
